    With all my programs, they are for any levels. This program is versatile and it will take someone who has never trained martial arts before into a skilled practitioner, with time and practice. It also helps those that have years of training under their belt, but are looking for tried and true methods to improve.

  • DO I NEED A TRAINING PARTNER?

    Yes. To maximize and optimize your training, it is highly recommended that you have a partner for each class.

  • WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?

    You will need a partner, a pair of boxing gloves, shin guards and a gum shield for live sparring drills.
